Warranty and Return Policy All our Furbys are brand new and in their original factory sealed boxes unless otherwise stated. All product warranties are through the manufacturer by the purchaser. All sales are final as the Furbys are Retired and no longer manufactured. In the event the product is damaged during shipping, all claims will be held by the purchaser with the shipper.
